Planning for the 2024 Paramedic Career Fair is ongoing rapidly as we steadily approach the 28th of September. It's time to start finalizing info about the planned presence of our exhibiting services, and we need your help!

Setup

Setup begins at 9am on the day of the event, and vehicles / major equipment should be placed by 11am. Arrive early for a free vehicle wash on entry!

Meet & Greet

Join us on Friday evening before the event to network with other exhibitors and prepare for the event.

Publicize

It's prime time to spread word of this event with your service and contacts who may be interested in attending. Email & social media are both great ways to do this. Below is a link to a promo flier that can be shared with your networks. Let us know if you need help with wording or content!

Accomodations

This is the last week to purchase discounted accomodations at the Delta!
