Here is a promotional flyer that you can use to promote the event!

You have a huge amount of influence and can help out by sharing this flyer with your service and other networks. Your paramedics are great messengers and we know that they will help pass it along to potential attendees.

If you have connections with local school boards, post-secondary institutions, volunteer organizations, etc - please send it to them too!

Sharing our social media content is always extremely helpful!

Need Directions?

The Toronto Congress Centre is located at:

650 Dixon Rd

Etobicoke, ON

The event will once again be taking place in Hall D, which is located on the west side of the building.

When ariving off of Dixon Rd, keep to the left and follow the signs to the Hall D Entrance. Your landmark will be the mobile car wash station in the parking lot!

When you arrive, head inside and we'll direct you to your booth location.

Your Booth

Here is what is included in your booth:

Starter Package

• 1 table (6' x 30") with chairs

Accelerator Package

• 2 tables (6' x 30") with chairs
• 1 vehicle - please let us know what you will be bringing!

Showcase & Sponsor Packages

• as-needed tables (6' x 30") with chairs
• 2+ vehicles (any size and shape)
• Get in touch with us about your specific vision so we can make it a reality!

⚡ Power ⚡

As a reminder, power is very expensive at the venue and we do need to pass some of this cost on.

If you require power at your booth, please verify if you have already paid, or let us know and we can set you up.

We also recommend bringing extension cords and power bars to move your power supply to where you need it.

We also have TVs, screens, and projectors available to rent!

Raffle

We'll be holding a raffle for attendees again this year. You're welcome to bring a prize to showcase on the raffle table, which will be visible on entry. You can also print a sign indicating who donated the prize.

Alternatively, you may keep raffle prizes at your booth or even have a separate raffle process and draw your winner during our raffle live stream at the end of the event.

Please let us know if you're planning on providing raffle prizes for our draw, or if you're planning your own raffle draw!
